We’ll focus on breath, sustainable movement, stretch and myofascial release to unwind from the day. This practice is a wonderful way to slow your mind, calm your nervous system and provide space to go deeper into your own personal practice.

In-Person Sessions During COVID-19 - What You Need to Know Before Scheduling:
- Masks (or face coverings) must be worn while entering and exiting buildings and during entire session.
- All sessions will be no touch or assist.
- Refrain from visiting if you have a fever, are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms, have a communicable illness, are currently under isolation or quarantine, have a household member experiencing any of the above symptoms, have been exposed to anyone with COVID-19 within the past 14 days, or have traveled within 10 days.
- While I have always met stringent sanitation requirements, these will now be more visibly and verbally displayed (i.e. the massage table/accessories and other surfaces will be sanitized before and after each session, sheets will be cleaned using high heat and will be placed in a closed container after use, clean and used sheets will be kept separate, hand sanitizer will be provided in room, etc).
