Book your complimentary consultation (phone or video chat), and we will chat about what you are looking for. This is an opportunity for us to get to know each other a bit and see if we are a good fit... like friends meeting at a coffee house (Central Perk anyone?!) Get comfy and bring your questions (and beverage of choice).
STEP 2: START WITH A STARTER BLEND
This is a great way to unwind and reset your nervous system! You’ll receive 3 private release sessions (combination of restorative/gentle/yin yoga accompanied by Reiki) as well as supportive emails/documents/videos for building your own customized at-home routine. Together we’ll build a customized blend for releasing your stress, fatigue, and pelvic pain.
STEP 3: EVALUATE AND ASSESS
After your first month of 3 sessions, we will touch base and discuss your options of more continued support, or individual follow-ups of less frequency. The 4-Month Pelvic Release Blend is the most effective program for pelvic pain, stress, and fatigue.
This Starter Blend is great if you are a new client who would like to experience the benefits of release sessions to see if it is the right approach and method for you and your wellness journeys.

This longer 4-Month Blend is perfect if you are committed to turning your pelvic pain, stress, and fatigue around, and learning multiple ways (including movement practices for each phase of your menstrual cycle) to move and support your body.
My ultimate goal for you is to be able to confidently implement customized yoga practices (ranging from restorative to gentle strength-building movements) and stress management techniques into your daily routine based on your menstrual cycle and/or pain levels to manage symptoms, increase range of motion, improve sleep, and increase stamina.
