Movement: Hip + Neck Tension Release

The two favorite places for tension to build up are in your shoulders (neck + jaw area too) and hips! So why not release tension in both areas at the same time in just about 3 minutes?

Sound good?!

Have a seat (you don't even need a yoga mat for this gem...but maybe a blanket or pillow for some additional support) and take 3 minutes for yourself to release some tension!
