Movement: Piriformis Rock

Let’s focus on how tension in the lower body (aka, glutes, piriformis, sciatic nerve, IT band, hamstrings, quads, and even your feet) can also lead to low back pain.

I like to call this gem the piriformis rock! It’s across the board (private sessions and group classes) the pose my students love the most..so I wanted to share a snippet of it here with you!
