· Additional short + gentle yoga classes ranging from gentle flows, to practices where you never get off your mat, to restorative practices, to myofascial release practices.
· Breath work practices ranging from quick clips you can practice off your mat to longer breath work practices on your mat.

· A weekly newsletter including movement, nourishment, restore, and support tips for the week! You choose how you use this virtual library. If you'd like to log on and select your own practices for the week, have at it!
