Menstrual Restore

Menstrual Restore will give you the space to relax!

With just 2 poses, we’ll focus on support, breath, and relaxation in this 20-minute practice aimed to release any tension in the hips, pelvis, and shoulders.

Your Menstrual phase is all about restoring, so that’s what we’ll do in this class!

Props needed: all the things to get comfy! I recommend at least 3 blankets (or 3 pillows).
